Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

To support the audio vertical, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will develop solutions for audio datasets, manage customer engagements, and drive product leverage while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own solutions to organize raw audio data into ready-to-sell datasets
• Engage with customers from feasibility through post-delivery support, translating their goals into executable plans
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and create technical playbooks for scalability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience with exposure to customers or external stakeholders
• Experience working with media data, particularly audio data
• Proven ability to build and operate systems that process and analyze data at scale
• Strong customer-facing skills, including translating requirements and building trust
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects, from problem definition to implementation and support
