Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and operating intelligent contact center solutions, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer with Amazon Connect skills will manage end-to-end delivery of conversational AI and voice automation projects while collaborating with client engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and deliver comprehensive contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect and AI-driven technologies
- Design conversational AI flows and build serverless backend services to support real-time contact handling
- Integrate ServiceNow for case management and produce technical documentation for client self-sufficiency
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in delivering production contact center or conversational AI solutions
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect, including contact flow design and optimization
- Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless function development using Python or Node.js
- Knowledge of Amazon Lex for intent classification and multi-turn dialog management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon API Gateway for REST and WebSocket API design
