Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will engage with Fortune 500 teams to understand and optimize their business processes, configure workflows using the no-code platform, and manage the delivery of solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and design sessions to map current and target business processes across various compliance and operational teams
- Document and optimize workflows, focusing on metrics that matter to customers, and ensure user adoption
- Build and automate workflows in the platform while owning the delivery plan, governance, and testing cycles
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery, solutions architecture, or implementation consulting
- Hands-on technical skills with REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks; proficiency in scripting with Python or JavaScript
- Experience working with production-level LLMs and understanding their practical applications
- Familiarity with project management processes including go-live dates, test scenarios, and regression testing
- Domain knowledge in third-party risk, procurement, or compliance is a plus
