Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
To support seamless client onboarding and integration, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will manage implementation tickets, oversee data migration processes, and ensure compliance with state-specific requirements in the cannabis retail sector.
Key responsibilities
- Managing an active queue of implementation tickets and projects to meet deadlines
- Following and establishing SOPs to ensure accuracy and repeatability in data migrations
- Proactively communicating project status and addressing challenges as they arise
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a technical implementation, integration, or data engineering role, preferably within a SaaS platform
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, transformation, and ETL/data migration processes
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working with REST APIs and data manipulation
- Experience in a highly regulated data environment, such as healthcare or military/defense
- Strong track record of clear communication and proactive problem-solving in project management
