Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Applied AI team, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will work directly with GP clients to design, build, and manage AI-powered solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring effective deployment and user adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with GP clients to identify workflows where custom AI agents can provide leverage and translate business needs into clear requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of components from prototype and client validation to deployment and production rollout
- Operate deployed solutions post-launch, including user training, documentation, and iteration based on feedback
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in shipping production software, particularly with AI-enabled applications
- Full-stack engineering skills covering data, services, user interfaces, and infrastructure
- Experience with major cloud providers, containers, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and production monitoring
- Ability to work directly with external clients and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in AI-assisted development and a strong understanding of software debugging and deployment
