Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on, full-time Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) who will specialize in Kubernetes and platform modernization, working remotely to engage with enterprise client teams throughout the entire lifecycle of deployments, from architecture to troubleshooting and production rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded engineering liaison, collaborating with core software architects and client developers to eliminate deployment friction
- Identify migration blockers and usability gaps, rapidly building and testing field fixes to enhance feature iteration cycles
- Ensure successful platform adoption by staying engaged with customer technical teams from pre-migration through operational stabilization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 12+ years of related experience required
- Hands-on experience with GPU accelerated Kubernetes nodes and AI inferencing workloads
- Proficiency in containerizing and operating distributed systems and stateful workloads
- Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and GitOps methodologies
