Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) to work full-time in a remote capacity, specializing in Kubernetes, platform modernization, and enterprise AI infrastructure, while collaborating directly with client teams throughout the entire engagement lifecycle to enhance deployment processes and optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded engineering liaison, collaborating with core software architects and client developers to eliminate deployment friction
- Identify and resolve migration blockers in real-world environments, rapidly building and testing solutions to accelerate feature iteration cycles
- Maintain active engagement with customer technical teams from pre-migration through operational stabilization, ensuring successful platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education
- 12+ years of related experience required, with a strong alignment to product engineering workflows
- Hands-on experience with GPU accelerated Kubernetes nodes and AI inferencing workloads
- Proficiency in containerizing and operating distributed systems, messaging platforms, and stateful workloads
- Advanced skills in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and GitOps methodologies
