Forward-Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Forward-Deployed Engineer, the successful candidate will own technical delivery for priority customers, building customer-specific capabilities from prototype to stable production while ensuring high-quality engineering artifacts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver versioned artifacts, integrations, and evaluation suites tailored to customer needs, ensuring they meet platform-grade quality
• Author and evaluate AI skills by writing behavioral instructions, developing underlying code, and designing test scenarios
• Engage closely with customers to absorb domain knowledge and translate it into actionable engineering requirements

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing engineering role with production code responsibility
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and agent development
• Ability to build integrations that transition from customer-specific to broadly reusable
• Strong domain learning ability to quickly understand and author domain-specific artifacts
• Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
