Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, the full-time role will involve technical implementation for customers by customizing regulatory AI templates, leading integrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Customize core templates to meet customer-specific needs and branding
- Coach customers on prompt usage to foster self-sufficiency in template maintenance
- Collaborate with IT, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Writing teams to integrate data flows between Weave and enterprise platforms
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or bio industries, preferably in technical/software roles
- Experience in therapeutics, life science, or bio markets is strongly preferred
- Drug-related education (e.g., bio, chem) preferred; advanced degree is ideal
- Practical experience with REST APIs and Webhooks
- Familiarity with drug development terminology and processes (e.g., CMC, IND, NDA)
