Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Specializing in Kubernetes and enterprise AI infrastructure, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will engage directly with client teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from architecture and migration to troubleshooting and production rollout, all in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded engineering liaison to eliminate deployment friction by collaborating with core software architects and client developers
- Identify and resolve migration blockers and usability gaps, rapidly developing field fixes to enhance feature iteration cycles
- Maintain active engagement with customer technical teams from pre-migration through operational stabilization to ensure successful platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education
- 12+ years of related experience required
- Hands-on experience with GPU accelerated Kubernetes nodes and distributed AI orchestration
- Proven track record of engaging with technical leadership on complex engineering projects
- Deep technical knowledge of cloud-native data services and AI stack deployment
