Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on, highly engaged Forward Deployed Engineer (Staff) to work full-time remotely, specializing in Kubernetes, platform modernization, and enterprise AI infrastructure, while collaborating directly with client teams throughout the entire lifecycle of engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded engineering liaison, collaborating with core software architects and client developers to eliminate deployment friction
- Identify and address migration blockers and usability gaps, rapidly building and testing field fixes to enhance feature iteration cycles
- Ensure successful platform adoption by staying actively engaged with customer technical teams from pre-migration through operational stabilization
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in complex engineering projects
- Hands-on experience with GPU accelerated Kubernetes nodes and AI infrastructure
- Deep technical knowledge of deploying and scaling containerized data services and AI engines
- Experience with distributed systems and stateful workloads, including messaging and streaming platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience may be considered
