Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer specializing in AI, the successful candidate will own the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, including data acquisition and model deployment, while working closely with financial services organizations to implement scalable AI solutions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from problem framing to continuous improvement
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Lead the deployment of AI models using MLOps best practices and ensure performance in production environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in AI/ML solutions
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Experience in client-facing roles and cloud-native development
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and agentic modeling concepts
- Experience with data ETL/ELT pipelines and deploying models using Docker/Kubernetes
