Key Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to identify their audio and voice AI needs and pain points
• Collaborate with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI technology into innovative solutions
• Design bespoke integrations for customers and guide them on best practices for implementation

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and technical use cases
• Technical aptitude to understand voice and audio AI models and their applications
