Forward Deployed Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Building and leading the deployment of 1mind's AI Superhumans, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineering Lead will manage end-to-end technical deployments within customer web applications, ensuring reliable performance and measurable value while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forward deployments of 1mind's products, from technical scoping to production rollout
• Debug HTML/DOM and rendering issues across various web architectures and maintain robust UI automation
• Serve as the senior technical partner to customer engineering teams, translating business needs into deployment plans

Required Qualifications

• Significant hands-on front-end engineering experience with production web applications
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of DOM and rendering pipelines
• Production experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte
• Experience with UI automation tools like Playwright or Puppeteer
• Solid understanding of web state management, including cookies and sessions
