Job Summary

Building and scaling a new function within Customer Solutions, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineering Manager will manage post-sales onboarding, architecture engagements, and customer adoption of development patterns while collaborating with leadership to enhance customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Coder's Forward Deployed Engineering program within Customer Solutions
  • Lead post-sales onboarding and customer engagement initiatives to improve adoption of agentic development workflows
  • Collaborate with leadership to align strategy and utilize customer feedback for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Experience leading technical customer-facing teams such as professional services or solution architecture
  • Proven ability to work directly with customers while designing operational systems and patterns
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining new operational frameworks
  • Technical proficiency with cloud-native platforms and AI-enabled development practices
  • Passion for customer outcomes and implementing organizational change
