Forward Deployed Legal Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Legal Engineer will collaborate with law firm clients to redesign legal workflows through process improvement and AI-enabled solutions, focusing on hands-on implementation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled legal workflows by understanding client needs and translating them into practical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value use cases, document requirements, and guide the adoption of AI technologies
• Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and governance standards in the development of AI workflows and solutions

Required Qualifications

• Law Degree strongly preferred, with relevant experience in legal operations or technology environments
• Hands-on experience creating AI agents and working with large language models in a legal context
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to deliver integrated client solutions
• Experience in process analysis, mapping, and automation within legal or professional services
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy requirements in legal settings
