Forward Deployed Marketer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Founding Forward Deployed Marketer will engage with performance marketing leaders at innovative companies, drive pilot programs, and collaborate with creative teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with performance marketing teams to educate them on agentic marketing systems and address their challenges
• Partner with the sales organization to navigate enterprise buying processes and drive pilots to successful closure
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Creative Designers to optimize AI-generated assets for conversion success

Required qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in running and scaling performance marketing campaigns
• Strong commercial instincts with a proven ability to guide prospects through evaluations
• Experience working closely with creative teams and evaluating marketing assets
• A "zero-to-one" mindset, thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Technical curiosity regarding AI-driven creative performance and marketing tools
