Forward Deployed Product Design Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Forward Deployed Product Design Lead, this full-time remote position will manage the transformation of complex product opportunities into coherent, buildable experiences while collaborating directly with client leaders, users, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of complex digital products, ensuring alignment with client needs and user experiences
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to create sophisticated coded prototypes and facilitate decision-making throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation, design QA, and iteration of product designs

Required qualifications:

• Significant experience in designing and delivering complex digital products, preferably in consulting or enterprise environments
• Strong foundations in product design, interaction design, and information architecture
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript for creating coded prototypes
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous challenges into clear product models and workflows
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams throughout the implementation process
