Forward Deployed Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager - AI Agent (EMEA).

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes for customers, defining and delivering on impactful metrics
• Manage the deployment lifecycle of AI Agents from scoping to post-go-live optimization
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with customer stakeholders to align on use cases and success criteria

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles
• Hands-on work style with a proactive approach to anticipating needs and bottlenecks
• Experience leading complex deployments and managing customer relationships
• Strong technical understanding and exposure to building AI Agents
• Passion for AI, automation, and enhancing customer experience
