Forward Deployed Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes for customers by defining metrics and identifying automation opportunities
• Manage the deployment lifecycle for AI Agents from scoping to optimization
• Lead customer relationships and facilitate workshops to align on agent use cases and success criteria

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles
• Strong technical foundation and experience with AI Agents
• Experience leading complex deployments and managing customer relationships
• Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment
• Background in product management or conversation design (preferred)
