Job Summary

Forward Deployed Product Manager, responsible for end-to-end deployment outcomes of AI agents for strategic accounts in a full-time remote role, focusing on driving automation rates and product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI agent outcomes, including automation rates and resolution rates for strategic accounts
• Deploy agents and identify blockers to enhance platform capabilities based on deployment insights
• Collaborate with enterprise CX leaders to design and execute AI transformation roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or technical account ownership
• Experience with webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations
• Familiarity with customer experience challenges and solutions
• Ability to advise on organizational design and process optimization
• Experience in shipping features and conducting product demos
