Forward Deployed Product Manager

Job Summary

Dedicated to a single customer, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Product Manager will lead a multi-module platform build, translating client needs into product requirements while managing delivery across registration, payments, and race-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with the customer to build trust and serve as the primary product contact, running discovery sessions to clarify requirements
• Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, writing clear epics and user stories while prioritizing feature development
• Coordinate multiple development teams, aligning goals and managing dependencies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in a product management or product owner role
• Bachelor's degree
• Prior embedded or customer-facing experience in product management
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
• Experience writing epics, user stories, and functional requirements in an agile environment
