Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, customer success, technical support, or marketing operations
• Genuine curiosity about AI and a proactive approach to building solutions
• Comfort with AI tools and ability to create simple working prototypes
• Understanding of marketing functions and experience with marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data platforms
