Forward Deployed Strategist

Job Summary

Owning strategic customer engagements, the full-time Forward Deployed Strategist will partner with executive sponsors to scope projects, manage technical delivery, and ensure adoption, working remotely or in San Francisco or New York.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customer executive sponsors to scope projects and translate business problems into concrete deliverables
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews, ensuring engagement feasibility and addressing integration complexities
• Establish and maintain executive relationships, serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or Engagement Management with a focus on AI-production workflows
• Strong understanding of agentic coding and LLMs, with the ability to engage with senior engineers
• Hands-on experience with workflows, integrations, and platform configuration, with basic knowledge of Python/JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proven track record of delivering AI-native workflows beyond the prototype stage
• Ability to navigate unfamiliar enterprise engineering organizations and deliver value quickly
