Forward Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to build and create solutions for customer-facing AI Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and improve AI Agents while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Build tools for tuning LLM-based features and manage the deployment of agents in production
• Participate in on-call rotations to support systems and ensure exceptional customer experiences

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or greater in Computer Science or a related field
• At least 2+ years of experience in Typescript, JavaScript, or Python
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and agentic AI applications in production
• Experience working with REST APIs and familiarity with cloud infrastructure
• A strong sense of ownership and customer empathy in a collaborative environment
