Forward Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to work at the intersection of customer operations and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with customers to understand current processes and desired outcomes
• Design and configure target workflows in the platform, including automations and integrations
• Manage deployment execution from scoping to go-live, ensuring validation and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer problem structuring and solution design
• Proficiency in full-stack engineering and system integration
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions based on user feedback
• Familiarity with cloud and business systems (e.g., AWS, Azure) and compliance frameworks
• Prior experience in security, compliance, or SaaS environments is preferred
