Forward Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for seamless onboarding to the FinTech platform
• Utilize automation tools to package, deploy, and configure applications in Kubernetes
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control
• Familiarity with YAML syntax and Helm charts
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and willingness to learn
• Experience writing shell scripts and proficiency with SQL
• Basic understanding of SAML, SSO, and REST APIs
