Forward Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Forward Deployment Engineer will deploy EXLdata.ai in client cloud environments, resolve infrastructure and data pipeline issues, and customize workflows to drive measurable client value.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy EXLdata.ai in client-owned AWS/Azure/GCP environments and troubleshoot related issues
• Build and optimize data pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and Databricks or Snowflake
• Serve as the technical anchor for client deployments, ensuring measurable value realization from agent-driven automation

Required Qualifications

• 6-12+ years of experience as a Senior Data Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or Platform Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Deep expertise in PySpark, SQL, and either Databricks or Snowflake
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud data services
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with client engineering teams and run design discussions
