Forward Deployment Engineer

Job Summary

Combining technical expertise with business acumen, the full-time remote Forward Deployment Engineer will work on cloud computing solutions, automate workflows, and ensure successful deployment of SaaS integrations for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured workshops with clients to capture workflows and desired outcomes
• Translate business requirements into technical workflows and automations
• Configure, test, and deploy solutions while ensuring seamless go-live and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4-8 years in a customer-facing technical role with hands-on coding experience
• Strong coding ability in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages
• Deep familiarity with SaaS systems, REST/SOAP APIs, and workflow automation platforms
• Comfortable with SQL and at least one BI tool for data validation
