Forward Deployment Product Manager
Job Summary
Bridging the gap between software engineering and the oil & gas industry, the full-time Forward Deployment Product Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced software integration and automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Agile practices including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, developing comprehensive plans and optimizing resource allocation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing progress updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, product development, or technical program/project management
- Ability to discuss design tradeoffs and system architecture with engineers
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants and automated workflows
- Desirable knowledge of oil and gas, hydraulic theory, or fluid dynamics
