Foster Home Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting the foster care program in a hybrid role, the full-time Foster Home Supervisor will engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes to ensure optimal placements for children while performing community-based visits and maintaining compliance with certification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and support foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability
• Assess needs and growth potential of foster homes to determine suitable placement matches for children
• Provide on-call crisis support to foster homes to prevent placement disruptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, or related field)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Ability to obtain SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire)
• Preferred: Experience in youth service programs such as Foster Care, Child Welfare, or Social Services
