Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Home Recruitment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and recruit potential foster and kinship parents through various community outreach efforts
• Educate the community on the need for foster parents, focusing on specialized populations
• Support families through the certification process by providing necessary training and guidance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Service or a related field preferred
• 2 years or more of recruitment/marketing or foster care experience, especially in relevant fields
• Experience within the foster care system and knowledge of Colorado State Rules and Regulations preferred
• Valid Driver's license with a clean record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks; SAFE Certification can be completed upon hire
