Job Summary
A company is looking for a Foundation Coordinator to support donor relations and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of donor data for reporting and acknowledgements
- Manage donor recognition efforts, including honor rolls and thank you communications
- Assist with virtual stewardship programs and respond to donor inquiries professionally
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and membership database software (iMIS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Home office setup for uninterrupted communication during work hours
- Willingness to travel up to three times per year for team meetings
