Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foundation Coordinator to support donor relations and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of donor data for reporting and acknowledgements
  • Manage donor recognition efforts, including honor rolls and thank you communications
  • Assist with virtual stewardship programs and respond to donor inquiries professionally
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with two years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and membership database software (iMIS)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Home office setup for uninterrupted communication during work hours
  • Willingness to travel up to three times per year for team meetings
