Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of donor data and financial processing systems, the full-time Foundation Data Integration Manager will oversee data integration work, manage the Philanthropy Database team, and ensure compliance with PCI standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Functionally manage data integration across Foundation CBUs and standardize data use in expanding markets
  • Lead the Philanthropy Database and Finance Coordinators, providing backup for data entry tasks
  • Oversee operations related to auction software, foundation banking, accounting, and compliance, including audits and PCI standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer studies
  • Minimum of five years of database application experience in a fundraising environment, with a preference for ten years
  • High-level expertise with Microsoft Office products and basic technical needs
  • Working knowledge of nonprofit accounting, PCI, and audit standards
  • Experience with fundraising software such as Raiser's Edge or Blackbaud preferred
