Job Summary

The full-time Foundation Data & Integration Manager will oversee donor data entry systems and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of donor information while implementing process improvements and providing training to Philanthropy staff in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and enhance donor data entry software and hardware systems to support fundraising efforts
  • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of donor data by managing coding and security issues
  • Develop and update policies and procedures while providing training and support for Philanthropy staff
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer studies
  • Minimum five years of database application experience in a fundraising environment
  • Proven experience with fundraising software, including Raiser's Edge and auction software, for at least two years
  • High-level expertise with Microsoft Office products and basic computer hardware applications
