Job Summary
Supporting the fundraising efforts of the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation, the full-time Foundation Program Coordinator will manage donor stewardship, reporting, and acknowledgment activities while working in a hybrid environment, with in-office days on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Tuesday and Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Manage key stewardship and acknowledgment processes for high-level donors, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission
- Collect, organize, and maintain fundraising and donor-related data, creating reports that summarize performance and engagement
- Assist in drafting and proofreading written content for donor communications, impact reports, and presentations
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- Preferred experience in Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
- Prior experience in writing reports or capturing data to express stories
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
