Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foundation Program Manager for Prospect Management & Research, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Development professionals to create data-driven strategies for prospect identification and engagement
• Conducts comprehensive prospect research and synthesizes information to inform donor cultivation and solicitation strategies
• Maintains the accuracy of the Foundation's donor database and trains staff on core functions of the role

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, research, or a related role
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and PowerBI
