A company is looking for a Foundational Learning & Curriculum Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the learning framework and curriculum structure
• Ensure the quality and relevance of learning materials through pedagogical oversight and content design
• Collaborate with partners and teams to adapt curriculum for local contexts and low-resource settings

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Design, Pedagogy, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in foundational learning and curriculum design
• Proven experience creating engaging learning experiences for youth, particularly in advocacy or social impact
• Expertise in evidence-based pedagogy for low-resource contexts
• Strong understanding of advocacy and experience in reviewing e-learning content development
