Foundational Literacy Product Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and innovative, the full-time salaried Foundational Literacy Product Specialist will create engaging, research-based literacy products remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop instructional resources that align with evidence-based practices for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials in phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension for Pre-K-12
• Apply the Science of Reading and evidence-based instructional frameworks to create accessible content for diverse learners
• Manage deliverables and timelines while reviewing manuscripts and prototypes to ensure instructional accuracy and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Literacy, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of Pre-K-5 classroom teaching experience with expertise in foundational literacy instruction
• Strong knowledge of phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Experience in educational publishing or curriculum product development
