Job Summary
A company is looking for a Founder Success Manager to support AI x Web3 developers and entrepreneurs in scaling their applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor AI x Web3 founders from initial engagement to scaling their projects
- Design and implement structured incubation programs to assist developers in transitioning from MVP to funded startups
- Track developer progress using CRM tools and report on success metrics to enhance engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in startup acceleration, venture incubation, or developer ecosystem growth
- Deep understanding of AI and Web3 technologies and founder needs
- Technical curiosity with the ability to quickly learn and advise on the NEAR tech stack
- Proven ability to build relationships with developers, founders, and ecosystem partners
- Self-starter with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
