Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founder Success Manager to support AI x Web3 developers and entrepreneurs in scaling their applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor AI x Web3 founders from initial engagement to scaling their projects
• Design and implement structured incubation programs to assist developers in transitioning from MVP to funded startups
• Track developer progress using CRM tools and report on success metrics to enhance engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in startup acceleration, venture incubation, or developer ecosystem growth
• Deep understanding of AI and Web3 technologies and founder needs
• Technical curiosity with the ability to quickly learn and advise on the NEAR tech stack
• Proven ability to build relationships with developers, founders, and ecosystem partners
• Self-starter with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
