Job Summary
Leading net-new business development, the full-time Founding Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for HubSpot and RevOps consulting services, focusing on consultative selling to mid-market and enterprise B2B clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner relationship management
- Develop ROI-driven business cases tied to revenue growth and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-6+ years in B2B sales, consulting sales, or agency sales
- Experience selling HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM platforms, or RevOps services
- Proven success in full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM or similar CRM tools
