Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Account Executive to drive sales and shape the sales strategy in the construction payroll industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine and amplify the sales playbook and GTM strategies
  • Lead and grow the sales motion across various channels including inbound, outbound, and partnerships
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales role
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Full-cycle sales experience with confidence selling into SMB and mid-market
  • Experience in building rapport with executives and decision-makers
  • Owner's mindset with a proactive and creative approach to sales
