Job Summary
To build a market and close repeatable deals, the full-time Founding Account Executive will manage their own pipeline through outbound prospecting, run end-to-end sales cycles, and educate buyers on enhancing existing systems with a renewal enhancement platform.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline through various prospecting methods, including outbound outreach and event engagement
- Run end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing
- Lead conversations to uncover renewal challenges and demonstrate the platform's value in improving existing systems
Required qualifications
- 6 - 10 years of professional B2B SaaS or complex technology-enabled sales experience
- Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals in the $50K-$250K ACV range
- Demonstrated ability to independently source and close pipeline without relying on BDRs
- Strong understanding of recurring-revenue metrics and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Ability to sell complex, configurable solutions tailored to unique customer needs
