Job Summary

A company is looking for a Co-Founder & CEO for a new B2B SaaS startup focused on Customer Success through AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the thesis and roadmap, leading customer discovery and crafting a focused go-to-market motion
• Collaborate with the product/engineering team to develop and launch the initial product
• Run commercial pilots, test pricing strategies, and validate customer retention and expansion

Required Qualifications

• Previous founding experience in a product company or B2B SaaS venture
• Experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
• Ability to effectively raise capital and tell a compelling investor story
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team culture and talent attraction
• Curiosity about AI and data, with the ability to leverage product usage and CRM data
