Founding Data Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision for Orum's data product strategy, the full-time Founding Data Product Manager will define the roadmap, prototype models from behavioral datasets, and identify new product opportunities, all while working remotely with a team focused on AI and data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for Orum's data products
• Rapidly prototype models on messy behavioral datasets and translate data signals into user-facing product features
• Partner closely with Engineering to bring ideas into production and inform other products' roadmaps with insights from Orum's data

Required qualifications

• Proven experience shipping user-facing ML products
• Experience taking ML products from prototype to production in a fast-paced product environment
• Strong background in building ML-driven or data-oriented products
• Deep technical foundation in software engineering or data science
• Strong analytical and experimental mindset, including experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments
