Key Responsibilities

• Implement causal inference systems and handle confounding and selection bias

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building production recommendation systems or decision algorithms
• Deep expertise in Bayesian inference for real-world decision-making
• Strong understanding of causal inference concepts
• Experience with probabilistic programming or Bayesian ML frameworks
• Proven track record of delivering ML systems that provide actionable recommendations
