Founding Designer

Job Summary

As the first designer at Centralize, the full-time Founding Designer will own the end-to-end product design, develop a scalable design system, and shape the brand identity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design from concept to execution, including flows and interaction patterns
• Build and evolve a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across products
• Design marketing assets and oversee the brand's visual identity across all platforms

Required qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing product surfaces, brand work, and design details
• Experience in product design, design systems, typography, and brand development
• Ability to prototype designs and ship them to production, ideally with coding skills
• Demonstrated independence in design decision-making and project execution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
