Founding Designer

Job Summary

To shape the patient-facing experience at Leap, the full-time Founding Designer will define design standards, create member communications, and build scalable systems for marketing and engagement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define Leap's patient-facing design standard across various touchpoints to create a coherent and credible experience
• Design the end-to-end member journey, addressing confusion and improving engagement through insights from various teams
• Build reusable design systems and templates that enhance creative output and ensure consistency across all platforms

Required qualifications

• A broad design background with strong judgment in patient/customer experience
• Proven product, UX, and research instincts with experience in mapping journeys and structuring information
• Experience in direct-response and growth design with measurable success in conversion and activation
• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on message hierarchy and clarity
• Fluency in print, digital, and modern production processes, with the ability to manage external creative talent
