A company is looking for a Founding Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product stack, including frontend, backend, and deployment
• Manage the AI model layer, focusing on multi-model routing and inference optimization
• Develop post-training and fine-tuning pipelines using proprietary conversational data

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in TypeScript/Node and comfortable across the full stack
• Experience with multi-model API architectures and cost/quality tradeoffs
• Knowledge of fine-tuning, RLHF, or post-training workflows
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
• Up to date with current AI trends and models
