Job Summary

A company is looking for a Founding Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company's infrastructure and networking stack
Write clean, reliable Rails code daily and address technical debt
Build internal dashboards, APIs for data delivery, and worker queues for mission dispatch and data uploads

Required Qualifications

Deep experience with Ruby on Rails
Strong focus on code clarity, hygiene, and maintainability
Comfort in high-speed, low-spec environments
Ability to debug production incidents calmly
Familiarity with arcGIS, Sidekiq, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS-adjacent infrastructure
